I am a leader in my own right who has worked with hundreds of executives to solve their dilemmas for over 15 years. This work calls upon expertise in technology, business, and empathy. It takes a lot of bravery to lead because there often isn’t one right answer. I understand your problems, whether you work in a small business, a startup, or a major corporation, because I’ve done all three. I am the CEO & Founder of ValorUp, an executive leadership coaching and training firm specializing in inclusive innovation. As a result of this work, I served as the VP of Innovation at NFP. There we built out the Innovation Lab to create moonshots, engage employees to rethink how they work, and collaborate with the fund to grow startups in fintech, HR tech, insurtech, and healthtech.
